Inaugural Volume Submissions Open
MetaResistome is actively processing submissions for its inaugural 2026 volume. All accepted manuscripts will be published with permanent DOIs under Diamond Open Access (no author fees during the inaugural launch period).
Manuscripts addressing antimicrobial resistance genes (ARGs), environmental resistome matrices, clinical isolate phylodynamics, and computational metagenomic tools are welcome.
Accepted Article Types
- Original Research: Primary empirical genomics, metagenomics, and AMR epidemiology.
- Methodology & Bioinformatics: Benchmarking, pipeline tools, and open workflows.
- Reviews & Perspectives: Syntheses of global resistance transmission and policy.
- Short Genome Announcements: Rapid characterization of multidrug-resistant isolates and novel plasmids.
